About

I am a dedicated researcher with an extensive background in comparative genomics driven by an insatiable curiosity about the evolution of vascular plants. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in Karolina Heyduk's lab at the University of Connecticut. Together, we are working to integrate multi-omics time course data to capture shifts in gene regulation, expression and metabolic flux between C3 and CAM species of Yucca. While in the Heyduk lab I plan to adapt similar methods to examine the intersection of facultative CAM and leaf heterophylly in the aquatic plant Littorella uniflora.
