As a scientist and educator, I am committed to fostering a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the realms of scientific exploration, instruction, and outreach. I recognize that the pursuit of knowledge is enhanced by a mosaic of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. My mission is not only to advance scientific understanding but also to champion principles of social responsibility, equity, and fairness in all aspects of my work.
Ithaca Free Science Workshop
Ithaca Free Science Workshop (FSW) is an amazing non-profit that I've been proud to be a part of since 2019. The FSW is devoted to providing a safe space for children of all ages to make and explore all things STEAM. In addition, they sponsor the Ithaca physics bus, a rolling exhibit that teaches kids about how fascinating science powers everything around us. Click the link below to learn more and donate!
